This eye was inspired by the new Prestige shadow I bought in Hocus Pocus that I purchased from Priceline for $18.99 AUD. I just happened to pass it, swatched it and fell in love. It will have its own post shortly!
Today though, face of the day -
Face
- Revlon Colorstay in 300 Golden Beige and 320 True Beige, mixed and applied with fingers.
- Chanel Tan De Soleil applied with a kabuki brush to temples, contour and under jaw line.
- Estée Lauder Double Wear Concealer applied to a few blemishes and under eyes, blended with finger.
- Nude By Nature loose powder in light applied with a Nude By Nature powder brush to set under eye concealer.
- Revlon Matte Blush in Perfectly Peach with an Artiste Blush brush.
Eyes
- Too Faced Shadow Insurance primer.
- Urban Decay Naked from the Naked 1 palette blended through the crease. (Medium matte brown)
- Light shade from the Hard Candy baked duo in Peaceful in the inner corners. (Shimmery pearl/light champagne)
- Prestige eye shadow in Hocus Pocus lightly applied all over lid with a small shadow brush and blended a little into the crease. (Rich red brown base with a green/teal duo chrome)
- Chanel Le Volume De Chanel mascara in black.
My eyes look insanely green today and i'm almost positive it's purely because of the Prestige eye shadow and i'll be wearing it A LOT! I didn't apply very much of the shadow because it can come off fairly dark and i'm at work today. Dark eyes is a little much for work but tonight when i go out for dinner and to a birthday party i'll be applying another layer for more intensity.
